Adhesive Coating

At TSA we have vast experience in adhesive coating our materials.

We adhesive coat all our materials In-House which means that we aren't waiting for suppliers and you aren't waiting for deliveries.

Our adhesives are available to suit High & Low Temperature, Low Tack & HighTack Applications.
Adhesive coated materials can be supplied with low tack backing paper to make the part easy to peel.

We can coat either directly onto the material or onto a tissue liner (like a double sided tape). A tissue liner adds stability to fragile parts.

Partial Adhesive Coating

As you can see on the pictures to the right, partial adhesive coating is where only part of the product is coated. This method of coating has various uses from making assembly easier to allowing air to pass through a mesh without being obstructed by the adhesive.
